General Corporate Accountant

General Corporate Accountant: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger duties as part of the Corporate Accounting team with an accent on process improvement, knowledge transfer, and technology implementation support. Focus on preparing financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting audits under tight deadlines.

Location: 100% onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, US

What you will do

• Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for high-level accounts
• Maintain period-end closing schedules and post accurate journal entries
• Perform daily treasury controls and bank reconciliations
• Handle fixed assets and lease accounting
• Support audit requests, projects, implementations, and knowledge transfers
• Contribute to internal control framework and respond to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-5 years of experience in multi-location/entity or public company
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficiency with accounting technology including Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Excellent time management, detail orientation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
