What you will do

• Develop and maintain centralized IAM with RBAC, SSO, MFA, access reviews, and audits.
• Embed security into SDLC: implement DevSecOps, threat modeling, SAST/DAST, secure secrets, and review third-party components.
• Secure infrastructure: network architecture, server hardening, cloud security, patching, in collaboration with infrastructure leads.
• Build SIEM for monitoring, establish SOC, and define incident response processes for proactive detection and resolution.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to drive company-wide security adoption and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years in information security, focusing on scaling processes in growing organizations.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, RBAC, DevSecOps, cloud/network/endpoint security, SIEM, SOC, and frameworks like GDPR/ISO 27001.
• Experience in risk management, governance, and communicating security to non-technical stakeholders.
