Location: Remote (Global). This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

What you will do

• Architect the long-term financial roadmap and fiscal strategy to align with growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
• Lead complex treasury management and capital allocation, optimizing liquidity and risk in a digital-asset-centric environment.
• Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Advise the executive team using data-driven insights and complex financial modeling to optimize business models.
• Implement a scalable financial tech stack to automate reconciliations and provide real-time global performance visibility.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners in a complex regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with significant scale-up experience in high-growth tech.
• Proven track record of influencing company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the Board level.
• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up.
• Mastery of complex financial modeling and the ability to synthesize data into executive narratives.
• Ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting to the Board, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Nice to have

• Deep Web3 or Fintech experience, including digital asset treasury management and blockchain-native financial operations.
