What you will do
- Develop commercial strategy, success metrics, growth plans, and go-to-market for the platform offering.
- Forge partnerships in Arbitrum and Ethereum ecosystems; represent products externally as thought leader.
- Work directly with customers to shape products; act as stakeholder in sales and business development.
- Collaborate with product teams to incorporate customer needs and prioritize features based on deals.
- Build and lead product/design teams; manage cross-functionally with engineering, legal, security, marketing.
- Track KPIs, budgets, and communicate progress to leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years in commercial leadership, enterprise sales, business development, product strategy, or general management.
- Proven track record owning/scaling enterprise revenue streams and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience acquiring, negotiating, closing complex enterprise deals; managing accounts, renewals, upsells.
- Leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing, legal/compliance, partnerships.
- Strong background in fintech, payments, digital wallets, crypto, or blockchain (Web2/Web3 mix preferred).
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making.
