What you will do

• Design, code, and ship new features for merchants and affiliates
• Make architecture and technology decisions
• Implement scalable infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes
• Address database scaling and performance challenges
• Plan and execute infrastructure migration from Heroku
• Build automation tools, write tests, and provide code reviews

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional Rails development experience, including scaling and performance optimization
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in configuration, deployment, and orchestration
• Cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD pipeline experience
• Basic JavaScript/CSS frontend skills
• Excellent written and verbal English for distributed team collaboration
• Empathy and teamwork in a close-knit environment
