What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build and operate high-concurrency, long-lived network services supporting large-scale connections.
• Contribute to system architecture focusing on high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization in production.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot services on Kubernetes.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for systems and workflows.

Requirements

• Reading and writing proficiency in English for technical documentation and asynchronous collaboration.
• 3+ years of backend engineering experience (Golang) with strong proficiency and good coding standards.
• Hands-on experience building high-concurrency, long-lived network services (e.g., TCP services, real-time systems, gateways, proxies).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments, resource management, and service discovery.
• Good understanding of data structures, performance optimization, and Linux environments for troubleshooting.
• Proven interest in high-availability, scalable distributed systems, strong documentation, and code review habits.

Nice to have

• Background in mathematics, cryptography, or related fields.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology/mining pool industry.
• Agile development experience.
• Familiarity with C/C++/Python.
