What you will do

• Develop the Quality Platform, including frameworks, reusable libraries, and internal SDKs.
• Own CI/CD quality gates, test orchestration, and smart execution logic such as caching and parallelization.
• Create self-service tooling and "golden paths" to improve developer feedback loops and reduce friction.
• Build systems for quality telemetry, monitoring, and reliability, including chaos and resilience testing.
• Define and codify automated guardrails and quality standards across the organization.
• Integrate AI and innovation into quality engineering workflows.

Requirements

• English: C2 level (Native or near-native) required.
• Strong experience with modern testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Jest, JUnit).
• Solid software engineering background in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Strong experience with Ruby to build or interact with backend services.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD (Buildkite, GitHub Actions, GitLab, hirify.globalCI).
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools or test generation frameworks.
• Knowledge of VCR/web mocking proxies, contract testing, and API schema validation.
• Exposure to static analysis tools and code quality scanners.
• Experience with platform engineering, DevEx, or SRE.
