TL;DR

Production AI Graphic Designer (Ads, Email, Static, & Landing Pages): Create high-volume static assets and 15–20 landing pages bi-weekly for lead generation, trial signups, and telehealth conversions with an accent on volume, speed, conversion performance, and AI tools. Focus on producing ad creatives, email/SMS campaigns, implementing CRO best practices, and iterating based on A/B tests, performance data, and user insights.

Location: Remote (South America, PST or EST time zone required)

What you will do

  • Design high-converting landing pages optimized for lead generation, trial signups, or telehealth conversions.
  • Produce large volumes of static creative for paid social, display, and programmatic ad campaigns.
  • Build and optimize email and SMS campaign creative with visual consistency across channels.
  • Collaborate with growth, product teams, performance marketers, copywriters, and CRO strategists to implement best practices like headline hierarchy, CTAs, forms, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Maintain brand integrity while adapting visuals for performance and manage structured file systems for assets.
  • Use AI design tools to accelerate concepting, production, and continuous iteration based on data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in production or performance design, ideally in ecommerce, DTC, lead gen, or publication media.
  • Proven portfolio of conversion-focused landing pages or ads (include before/after metrics preferred).
  • Strong command of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT).
  • Understanding of CRO principles: visual hierarchy, trust elements, social proof, form placement, urgency, responsive design.
  • Comfort working in high-velocity environments with multiple concurrent campaigns and short turnarounds.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Webflow, or Statamic.
