Data Analyst (Apprentice)

What you will do

• Build scalable data pipelines by retrieving and analyzing prospect data via web scraping, API calls, and Python (pandas) for actionable sales insights
• Transform data into personalized email insights, slide decks, and persona-based outreach materials to support sales prospecting and consulting
• Leverage AI (LLMs) to automate data analysis, enhance content personalization, and streamline workflows
• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and Platform Advisory team to accelerate personalized outreach and increase conversion rates
• Provide analytical insights to prioritize sales opportunities, refine targeting strategies, and optimize vertical go-to-market approaches

Requirements

• Currently pursuing higher education in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering (Computer Science/Data), Management, or related field
• Proficient in Python with pandas for data manipulation, web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium), HTML parsing, API calls (REST), and SQL
• Basic knowledge of AI (LLM) for efficiency improvements
• Ideally, experience supporting sales teams (sales, sales ops, revenue ops)
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) required for collaboration with EMEA & US-based team
• Laser-focused with tenacity, attention to detail, analytical skills, and team collaboration
