Location: Hybrid model (3 days from the office in Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Poland)

What you will do
- Own creative testing processes including setup, validation, tracking, documentation, and follow-up across assigned titles.
- Own keyword optimization processes including research, implementation, tracking, and refinement.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs such as CVR, installs, visibility, and organic traffic trends.
- Analyze paid and organic traffic interactions with focus on organic performance and store impact.
- Prepare analyses and recommendation proposals based on data, experiments, and trends.
- Execute metadata updates, asset uploads, and store changes accurately and on time.
- Work closely with Creative and other stakeholders to support experiments and asset updates.
- Maintain documentation of experiments, keyword learnings, and performance insights.
Requirements
- Experience in ASO, mobile growth, digital marketing, performance marketing, or related analytical role.
- Understanding of App Store and Google Play environments.
- Understanding of key store KPIs including CVR, installs, visibility, and organic traffic.
- Experience with creative testing, A/B testing workflows, or experimentation processes.
- Experience with keyword research and optimization for app stores.
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn it into clear recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, operational accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working on mobile games, especially social casino genre.
- Hands-on experience with ASO tools, store intelligence platforms, or mobile market research tools.
- Understanding of how store performance connects with monetization, player intent, and game lifecycle.
