What you will do
- Own paid user acquisition strategy across channels, including budget allocation, scaling decisions, ROAS, and payback targets.
- Lead creative strategy and App Store Optimization while directing external execution partners.
- Build internal marketing capabilities and bring execution functions in-house.
- Lead, coach, and support the CRM Manager through clear KPIs and operational plans.
- Align brand, organic, lifecycle, and product marketing to improve the player experience.
Requirements
- Deep user acquisition experience in casual mobile gaming, especially the casual Match-3 genre.
- 7+ years of experience managing multi-million-dollar performance marketing budgets and scaling user acquisition channels.
- Experience with programmatic advertising, creative strategy, and App Store Optimization.
- Hands-on leadership experience coaching team members and delivering business targets.
- Strong strategic capability to design long-term growth roadmaps and transition execution functions effectively.
