We’re searching for a Team Lead + team (3–4 engineers) who’ve already built things together and can move fast without friction.
What matters most:
— strong Node.js (backend) + React (frontend) stack
— solid data mindset (Python, queries, working with complex datasets)
— hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day development (Claude Code )
— proven history of working together as a team (not newly formed)
The setup:
— full ownership: dev → testing → delivery
— no micromanagement, just real responsibility
— fast hiring process (decision in ~1–2 weeks)
— long-term product, not a short gig
We’re not assembling individuals —
we’re looking for a ready team with a strong Team Lead at the core.
