What you will do

• Manage regional risk monitoring programs, providing guidance to suppliers and ensuring assessment plans are executed on time.
• Review audits and risk interventions to identify critical issues, quality gaps, and high-risk repeated findings in the supply chain.
• Create data visualizations and reports using PowerBI and the EiQ Platform to guide decision-making for customers.
• Develop standardized analytical tools and dashboards to facilitate efficient cross-platform data analysis.
• Collaborate with client program leaders to optimize risk identification mechanisms and reporting models.
• Maintain internal SOPs and documentation to ensure alignment with client expectations and SOW obligations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong or China.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Ethical/Risk Compliance or Responsible Sourcing.
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in data analysis and visualization using PowerBI and Advanced Excel.
• Deep understanding of supply chain ecosystems and ethical sourcing auditing.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI systems such as ChatGPT.
• Knowledge of other South East Asian (SEA) languages.
