Creative Marketing Intern (Video Production)

TL;DR

Creative Marketing Intern (Video Production): Assisting in the production of promos and commercials for Telemundo Chicago with an accent on video editing and scriptwriting. Focus on supporting producers and editors, capturing footage at shoots, and developing creative content for station events.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Chicago, IL (minimum four days per week in office)

Salary: $16.60 per hour

What you will do

• Assist producers and editors on a daily basis with production tasks.
• Attend and support promo and commercial shoots.
• Collaborate on writing scripts for creative content.
• Provide support during station events.
• Perform various production functions to assist the creative team.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a degree-granting program (Sophomore status or above) during the entire program (June–August 2026).
• Must be presently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work in Chicago, IL.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Nice to have

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of basic lighting and shooting with DSLR cameras.
• Ability to write scripts and experience working with clients.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
