What you will do

• Represent the customer interface in quality non-conformity management.
• Manage the PPAP process for new products and product/process modifications.
• Represent the customer interface during process audits in production plants.
• Manage quality non-conformities according to customer requirements, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to defining corrective and preventive actions to eliminate non-conformities.
• Monitor product performance to highlight main issues and support resolution.

Requirements

• University bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Quality Engineer in a structured automotive company.
• Strong background in quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, Problem Solving).
• Ability to read complex drawings and understand measurement reports.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 package (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).

Nice to have

• Mechanical systems knowledge.
• Good knowledge of MySQL and PowerBI.
• SAP knowledge.
