What you will do

• Automate site reliability infrastructure, monitoring, and self-healing systems.
• Define and own Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for production and development deployments.
• Manage cloud systems through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis (RCA) within a follow-the-sun model.
• Conduct design reviews for architectural changes to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Maintain internal and customer-facing status and uptime dashboards.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Linux.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (specifically GitHub Actions).
• Background in infrastructure automation and/or incident response.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Must be based in the US or Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and/or Go.
• Experience with cloud providers beyond AWS.
