What you will do
- Automate site reliability infrastructure, monitoring, and self-healing systems.
- Define and own Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for production and development deployments.
- Manage cloud systems through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis (RCA) within a follow-the-sun model.
- Conduct design reviews for architectural changes to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Maintain internal and customer-facing status and uptime dashboards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Linux.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (specifically GitHub Actions).
- Background in infrastructure automation and/or incident response.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Must be based in the US or Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and/or Go.
- Experience with cloud providers beyond AWS.
