What you will do

• Lead the development and enhancement of mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to implement beautiful and intuitive UI/UX.
• Define code structure and performance optimizations to support a growing global user base.
• Mentor junior developers and champion engineering best practices across the codebase.
• Develop a diverse product suite including Mobile, iPad, Desktop, and Web apps, as well as Fleet dashboards.

Requirements

• High-level professional software development experience with a focus on clean, efficient code.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office).
• Previous experience working within a startup environment.
• Proven track record of launching and maintaining large-scale consumer-facing applications.
• Strong passion for UI/UX design and obsessive attention to detail.
