The Role:

Lead Flutter Developer for a portfolio of consumer iOS and Android apps. Your mission is to maintain product performance, rapidly ship new features and apps, and ensure a rock-solid monetization and attribution stack.

• Product Ownership: Maintain and improve all live Flutter apps (iOS/Android). You own the code, releases, and quality.
• Build From Scratch: Take new product opportunities from idea to App Store in days.
• Monetization Engineering: Implement and iterate on paywalls, subscriptions, and A/B tests (Adapty) to directly move revenue.
• SDK Integration: Ensure rock-solid integration of attribution SDKs (Adjust, Facebook SDK, TikTok SDK) for accurate event tracking.
• Ship & Iterate: Manage App Store/Google Play submissions, monitor crashes, fix bugs, and ensure peak performance.

Who you are:

• Experienced: 3+ years production Flutter experience; have shipped real apps to real users on iOS/Android.
• SDK-Savvy: Worked with mobile marketing/attribution SDKs (Adjust, Facebook SDK, TikTok SDK, or equivalents like AppsFlyer/Branch).
• Monetization-Aware: Experience with subscription tools (Adapty, RevenueCat, or similar); understand paywalls and revenue impact.
• AI-Native: Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to prototype faster, debug quicker, and ship more.
• Extreme Ownership: Proactive-you fix broken things and build opportunities without waiting for tickets.
