What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of self-service infrastructure and developer tooling to set technical direction.
• Define platform abstractions and golden paths to reduce complexity and accelerate delivery for engineering teams.
• Own the strategy and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Drive improvements to the observability stack using tools like CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Grafana.
• Embed security best practices into infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and automation frameworks.
• Mentor mid-level Platform Engineers and foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in cloud platforms with a track record of leading platform services for developer enablement.
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and language-agnostic automation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms and core containerization concepts.
• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of observability, logging, and monitoring best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style.
