What you will do

• Develop and optimize LTV prediction services for subscriptions, ads, and in-app purchases.
• Ensure efficiency, reliability, and observability of ML pipelines.
• Build and maintain ETL workflows and perform complex queries on large datasets.
• Detect anomalies, data drifts, and prediction shifts in collaboration with User Acquisition managers.
• Partner with data engineers to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Participate in the development and implementation of generative AI projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ML modeling and a strong understanding of ML fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python software engineering, including parallel/asynchronous computing, unit-testing, and CI/CD.
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimental design.
• Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience with ETL workflows and scheduling pipelines, such as Airflow.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for data visualization.
• Experience with MLOps tools and the Databricks platform.
• Ability to build REST APIs and work with real-time streaming data.
• Experience with Recommendation systems, NLP, LLMs, or other generative AI.
• Familiarity with data from subscription-based products.
