What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, reliable backend solutions
• Conduct technical research and contribute to system architecture
• Collaborate across technical and business teams for optimal solutions
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Own lifecycle of backend services including deployment and monitoring
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices

Requirements

• English: upper-intermediate (B2) required
• Solid software system design and architectural understanding
• Experience with event-driven systems in production
• Strong knowledge of Go and Python ecosystems
• Strong SQL expertise including schema design and high-load optimization
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS
• Knowledge of microservices, sync/async patterns, and observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
• Proactive with strong stakeholder management, communication, and time management skills
