What you will do

• Co-define and implement the vision, mission, and strategy of the Manufacturing Career College.
• Establish learning architecture, design principles, and translate business needs into structured career paths.
• Develop standards, competency frameworks, assessment models, and quality assurance for learning solutions.
• Build partnerships with Dutch MBO/HBO institutions and co-develop relevant learning programs and curricula.
• Represent hirify.global in industry-education collaborations like Project Beethoven to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in educational sciences, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or learning architecture, preferably in technical environments.
• Experience collaborating with vocational (MBO) and higher education (HBO) institutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments or technical craftsmanship is advantageous.
