What you will do

• Design and maintain modular, well-documented code to support the digitalization vision of Private Equity.
• Enhance data pipelines and create analytical visualizations to ensure correct data processing and presentation.
• Conduct quantitative thematic research on PE sectors and assess the impact on the investment portfolio.
• Streamline data ingestion and integrate big data sources into the PE data lake.
• Develop machine learning models and translate complex datasets into actionable strategic business insights.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and a cross-departmental community of Quant Developers.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other data-driven disciplines.
• 5–8 years of experience as a quant developer or quantitative analyst, preferably in institutional investments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy for data manipulation.
• Experience with structured software development, Git workflows, and CI/CD environments.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, or Dash.
