What you will do

• Deliver Tier 2 technical support to governmental and defense customers for Twister, Nexus, and Reliant systems.
• Manage customer requests via Jira Service Management and provide structured documentation.
• Analyze flight logs, telemetry, and diagnostic data to identify issues and verify system integrity.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to enhance the service experience.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Stay updated on new product features and operational capabilities.

Requirements

• Expertise in flight log analysis and troubleshooting hardware, firmware, and software.
• Experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence, and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Fluent in both English and German.
• Analytical and structured working style.
• Must be able to work on-site in Gilching, Germany.
