• Lead software implementation, configuration, and deployment to maximize client product utility.
• Consult with clients to understand business needs and deliver strategic, customized software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues as a primary technical resource.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and client success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of technical or client support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global domain or significant experience in the property management industry.
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle language, relational databases, or Microsoft network system operation.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and industry best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Ability to configure and manage networks and peripherals.
• Experience with HTML and Cloud Services.
