What you will do
- Lead software implementation, configuration, and deployment to maximize client product utility.
- Consult with clients to understand business needs and deliver strategic, customized software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues as a primary technical resource.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and client success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of technical or client support experience.
- Advanced knowledge of domain or significant experience in the property management industry.
- Proficiency in SQL/Oracle language, relational databases, or Microsoft network system operation.
- Strong understanding of accounting practices and industry best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have
- Ability to configure and manage networks and peripherals.
- Experience with HTML and Cloud Services.
