TL;DR

Solutions Architect (Voice AI): Own complete post-sales customer engagements and resolve complex technical challenges for a leading voice AI platform with an accent on building scalable support infrastructure and automation. Focus on designing self-service tools, analyzing support patterns for product improvements, and collaborating with engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.

Location: USA Remote, must be based within either Eastern or Pacific Time in the US

Salary: $160K – $200K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

What you will do

  • Own complete post-sales customer engagements, providing direct technical guidance and solutions
  • Lead technical resolution of complex customer support issues as an escalation point
  • Design and implement systematic improvements to support processes and infrastructure
  • Create automated solutions and self-service tools for common customer challenges
  • Analyze support ticket patterns to identify product improvements and preventative measures
  • Develop technical documentation, guides, and best practices for customer self-solving
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong software engineering background with professional development in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, C/C++, or similar
  • Experience developing automation solutions and improving technical processes
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly

Nice to have

  • Experience with speech recognition, NLP, or related AI technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with API-first products and developer tools
  • Background in support automation techniques and tools
