What you will do

• Manage infrastructure for distributed and scalable services in both SaaS and on-prem offerings.
• Gather customer requirements to adapt software manifests and support new environments.
• Utilize and enhance monitoring tools to observe platform health and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with the product team to test new features and package on-prem releases.
• Automate and optimize the release pipeline to make it as frictionless as possible.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Fluency and professional experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience working with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to adapt cloud-native architectures for on-premises environments.
• Excellent communication skills for direct customer interaction.
