What you will do

• Design APIs tailored to internal workflows across the full stack and support data model decisions.
• Construct and integrate tools for safety, abuse, and risk investigations with strong access controls and auditability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design solutions that mitigate adversarial attacks without compromising user experience.
• Respond to active platform incidents and build tooling to address fundamental infrastructure problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Passion for building high-quality internal tools.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions, including partners outside of engineering.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
