What you will do

• Execute high-quality 2D Splash Illustrations for Champions and Skins with minimal oversight.
• Drive the team's quality bar and help redefine visual excellence for promotional art.
• Mentor internal artists and manage external vendors through review meetings and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Producers, Art Managers, and Craft Leads to ensure product cohesion and art direction.
• Develop style guides and participate in team rituals to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional industry experience as a 2D Artist/Illustrator.
• Proven ability to create high-quality 2D Splash Illustrations (portfolio required).
• Expertise in anatomy, lighting, materials, color theory, and cinematic visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for high-end digital art production.
• Deep understanding of 2D illustration pipelines from thumbnailing to final state.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in AAA Game Development.
• Familiarity with League of Legends characters, IP universes, and lore.
