What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and operations teams at the Belgrade site.
• Proactively source passive talent across AI, ML, systems, and hardware disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role specifications and prioritize needs.
• Manage the candidate experience from first outreach through to the final offer.
• Utilize data and reporting to drive the recruiting engine and communicate progress to management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience hiring for deeply technical roles in AI, ML, systems, hardware, or infrastructure.
• Strong ability to independently map regions and engage passive talent through strategic sourcing.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and negotiating complex compensation packages.
• High level of ownership and ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR laws).
