What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs reflecting product health, performance, and company goals.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable analytical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and AI specialists to develop scalable data models for ranking systems, customer segmentation, and agent-driven automation.
• Conduct deep data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Present insights professionally to facilitate data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably within a product company.
• Strong proficiency in statistical methods and predictive modeling with high attention to detail.
• Ability to independently lead end-to-end analytical initiatives and build scalable data models using AI-driven tools.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Professional background in fintech or financial services.
