What you will do

• Design and evolve secure, scalable Azure platforms aligned with .NET microservices, CQRS, and event-driven architectures.
• Lead CI/CD via Azure DevOps and enforce Infrastructure as Code standards using Bicep or Terraform.
• Implement and operate Azure services, including Container Apps, Azure SQL, and Service Bus.
• Apply security-by-design and support governance and FinOps practices, including identity and access control.
• Implement monitoring and tracing using Application Insights and OpenTelemetry to support SLOs and reliability.
• Act as a technical reference, mentoring engineers and promoting best practices across global teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil
• Strong experience with Azure cloud architecture and platform engineering (knowledge equivalent to AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Strong experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency with containers, including Docker and Azure Container Apps or Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability tools like Application Insights and OpenTelemetry.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and GDPR.
• Experience with Azure data platforms such as SQL and Data Factory.
• Familiarity with scripting in Python or similar languages.
• Experience with FinOps, cost optimization, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to AI-driven DevOps (AIOps) and automation.
