What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and automation tools.
• Build and optimize REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Implement complex Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Mentor junior developers and lead hands-on development activities within the team.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce data modeling.
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce automation tools, security models, and governance.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployments, and release management in Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Data Cloud).
• Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce features or data-driven architectures.
