What you will do

• Collaborate with Custom Pros post-sale to assess data migration needs and set expectations
• Host customer-facing calls to gather requirements and clarify data formats
• Clean, format, and manipulate data for accuracy and compatibility with hirify.global Pro
• Work cross-functionally with onboarding, sales, and product teams to troubleshoot and optimize experience
• Act as point of contact for data migration questions via phone and Salesforce
• Maintain documentation of processes and progress
• Manage multiple projects independently with high quality and timeliness

Requirements

• Base understanding of Excel/Google Sheets for data import and organization
• Analytical thinking to find answers in data and drive improvements
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Patience and enthusiasm for explaining complex concepts
• Goal-oriented self-starter with proven success examples
• Permanent resident in Tennessee (TN)

• Experience with construction management software
