What you will do

• Develop and optimize RTL for performance, power, and area, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Design and implement security IP blocks, including cryptographic accelerators, secure boot, and hardware root-of-trust.
• Collaborate with architecture, verification, and physical design teams to deliver production-ready IP.
• Lead design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and influence technical best practices.
• Analyze and resolve complex challenges related to timing closure and power optimization.
• Work with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver tailored custom silicon solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (15+ years), Master’s (10-12 years), or PhD (8-10 years) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with SoC architecture, processor cores, memory, and peripheral interfaces.
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and industry-standard EDA tools.
• Expertise in low-power design techniques, clock-domain crossing (CDC), and design-for-test (DFT).
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects and collaborate across functional teams.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience with security IP design and cryptographic algorithms such as AES, RSA, and ECC.
