Senior Cloud Security Engineer (AWS/Azure)

What you will do

• Design and maintain secure cloud foundations across Azure, AWS, and GCP, with a preference for deep AWS expertise.
• Own and evolve Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) capabilities, including policies and automated remediation.
• Engineer cloud network security controls, including segmentation, WAF configurations, and secure ingress/egress patterns.
• Define and enforce security best practices for Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) regarding RBAC and cluster hardening.
• Partner with engineering teams to conduct security architecture reviews for new services and platforms.
• Build secure cloud automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD integrations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud security, security engineering, or cloud platform engineering.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Strong hands-on experience securing Azure and AWS environments.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Experience supporting compliance programs such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management in cloud environments (RBAC, workload identity).
