What you will do

• Investigate and document product issues both remotely and on-site at customer locations to determine root causes.
• Develop software fixes in C# to resolve field issues and improve product performance.
• Maintain and provide code changes for the cloud-based demo website used for sales and training.
• Collaborate with R&D, support, and services teams to share field observations and technical documentation.
• Provide guidance to customers on the optimal configuration of their environment for product deployment.
• Participate in Beta, Pilot, and Limited Market Release efforts for new product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience with C# programming language or similar.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available for this level).
• Availability for after-hours or weekend support during emergency customer situations.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time with minimal notice.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, or other relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies like VMWare.
• Familiarity with Active Directory for authentication and networking troubleshooting.
