What you will do

• Complete four rotations across Fiduciary, Funds, Corporate & International Private Banking, and Risk Management over two years.
• Manage client portfolios and analyze financial performance to support the strategic direction of the business.
• Create client-facing decks, growth strategy templates, and visual pipeline reports for senior management.
• Perform financial modelling and analysis of ESG and reputational risks to propose solutions.
• Support the development of lending, credit, and transactional banking products.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and senior leaders to build client trust and manage stakeholders.

Requirements

• Legal right to live and work in Jersey, Isle of Man, or Guernsey (distinct from UK right to work).
• Willingness to study for a professional finance qualification, such as Global Credit Certification (GCC).
• Ability to travel between the Crown Dependencies and the UK as required.
