What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing documentation for all Secusmart products.
• Lead the creation and continuous improvement of technical materials as products evolve.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX Design to align messaging and requirements.
• Design documentation tailored for end users, system administrators, and governmental auditors.
• Contribute to technical documentation required for governmental approvals and certifications.
• Drive the strategic evolution of the documentation portfolio, including templates and workflows.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in German and near-native proficiency in English.
• 5-10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Content Architect with senior-level responsibility.
• Experience documenting complex software systems in security-sensitive or regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Location: Ability to work from Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, or Berlin.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with documentation requirements for government, defense, or regulated markets, including audit and approval processes.
