What you will do
- Act as an internal advocate for players when partnering with other teams.
- Handle and resolve escalated player support inquiries.
- Maintain and update player support FAQs and the Help Center.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall player experience.
- Develop internal process documentation for newly discovered solutions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Empathy and patience in understanding and solving player needs.
