Member Support Expert (Canada): Deliver exceptional member support that is timely, transparent and empowering, assisting individual members and B2B customers in maximizing value from hirify.global's healthcare products with an accent on deep expertise in healthcare systems. Focus on contributing insights to improve products and services, scaling Care operations, and collaborating across teams on strategic initiatives.

Location: On-site in Toronto, ON, Canada. Must reside in Toronto or be willing to relocate here.

What you will do

  • Deliver timely, transparent, and empowering member support via multi-channel (chat, email, phone).
  • Develop expertise in Canadian healthcare systems to assist members and B2B customers.
  • Contribute insights to improve products, services, and member experience.
  • Own strategic projects to scale Care operations in Canada, collaborating with Product, Ops, Sales, and Insurance teams.
  • Participate in new company onboardings, hiring, and cross-functional improvements.
  • Mentor junior Care team members (optional).

Requirements

  • Impeccable written and oral English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and AI-powered tools.
  • Strong empathy, composure under pressure, and multi-channel support experience.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, fast learner with growth mindset and leadership potential.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Canadian healthcare system.
  • Background in Operations, Project Management, Product, or Account Management.
