What you will do

• Monitor security event logs and alerts from SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, and threat intelligence feeds; triage and prioritize events.
• Conduct deep-dive incident investigations, identify root causes, and coordinate response with cross-functional teams.
• Drive improvements in SOC processes, playbooks, and reporting on emerging threats.
• Facilitate Brazil entity’s data ecosystem, support phishing campaigns, vulnerability assessments, and security operations projects using Agile.
• Provide user assistance on security matters and collaborate with international teams and IT.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; Spanish valued.
• 2-5 years as security operations analyst.
• Knowledge of security incident management, SIEM/log monitoring, cloud security (AWS/GCP), IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, digital forensics.
• Familiarity with financial standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001) and data protection.
• Strong analytical skills, team player, excellent communication, high ethical standards.
