Compliance Team Leader (Gamedev)

Compliance Team Leader (Gamedev): Leading testing of PlayStation titles against TRC requirements and specifications with an accent on bug management, team coordination, and compliance procedures. Focus on maintaining accurate bug reports, assigning tasks to testers, tracking progress, and ensuring department efficiency and adherence to SIE guidelines.

Location: Onsite at Liverpool Hall Street Office, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (8am-7pm)

What you will do

• Lead testing of titles, assign tasks to testers, track progress, and reassign promptly.
• Maintain in-depth TRC knowledge, answer questions, investigate issues, and share findings.
• Manage bug reports: ensure accuracy, set to PR status, cross-reference, and educate testers.
• Source peripherals, create handover documents, and provide materials to testers.
• Oversee team performance, conduct reviews, manage underperformers, and handle disciplinary issues.
• Maintain clean/safe environment, comply with security policies, and liaise with other shifts.

Requirements

• Technical curiosity and understanding of gaming consoles (training provided).
• Proficient in PC/Laptop usage and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
