What you will do

• Define and lead long-term strategy for pre-sales consultancy, aligning technical capabilities with customer needs and commercial priorities.
• Lead design on major strategic bids as solution design authority, ensuring architectural direction and technical integrity.
• Manage, coach, and develop multidisciplinary team of pre-sales consultants.
• Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices for robust, scalable solution development.
• Act as senior technical authority in customer engagements and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Champion innovation, track emerging technologies, and oversee continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Requirements

• Technical architecture expertise in end-to-end media, broadcast, and cloud solutions including contribution, distribution, playout, IP, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP including cloud-native design, migration, and security.
• Strong knowledge of media & broadcast technologies: encoding, multiplexing, content delivery, video workflows, orchestration, network resilience.
• Significant background in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consultancy in media, broadcast, telecom, or cloud environments.
• Proven leadership of technical teams, strategic bids, and large-scale transformations.
• Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, computer science, media technology, or relevant field.
