What you will do

• Join an engineering team using Agile methodologies with engineers and product owners.
• Participate in full-cycle software engineering: analysis, design, code/test, deployment, maintenance.
• Focus on quality through testing strategies, code maintainability, and addressing tech debt.
• Deliver backlog items, participate in CI/CD, and provide feedback via code reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, architecture team, and quality engineers.
• Actively participate in team meetings and planning.

Requirements

• Back-end or front-end skills (willing to learn the other).
• Understanding of web-based applications.
• Good testing practices (unit, component, E2E).
• Proactive in learning and gathering feedback.
• Interest in software design principles, quality code, testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong collaboration and open communication skills.

What you'll work with

• Java (latest version), REST web services, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Build tools (Maven, NPM, Webpack), Git version control.
• Testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, JBehave, Selenium), contract testing.
• Messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka), concurrent programming and threading.
