TL;DR
Senior QA Engineer (Fintech): Designing and executing test cases for functional, integration, regression, UI, and end-to-end testing of a complex core Open Banking solution with an accent on API testing, payment flows, and integrations. Focus on investigating production issues, analyzing risks and antifraud systems, and ensuring reliability of high-stakes financial transactions.

What you will do
- Design and execute test cases across functional, integration, regression, UI, and end-to-end testing.
- Perform manual API testing with Postman and validate complex payment flows and integrations.
- Test web and mobile applications using DevTools and proxy tools.
- Identify, document, and communicate bugs with clear reports and usability feedback.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on testing strategy and release processes.
- Investigate production issues using logs and monitoring tools like Kibana and Elasticsearch.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Manual QA (strong Middle or Senior level).
- Proven experience in fintech or payment systems (highly preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience in API testing with tools like Postman.
- Solid understanding of web application testing with DevTools and proxy tools (Charles, Fiddler).
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL); experience with logs and monitoring (Elasticsearch, Kibana).
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft services (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365).
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools and agents.
