What you will do
- Prepare project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Organize and maintain project boards to keep tasks visible and updated.
- Track project progress, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and serve as the primary communication link between the development team and senior management.
- Test system and product features before releases to confirm they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior PMs to estimate effort and balance trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing software development projects.
- Basic understanding of web-application development.
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and theoretical knowledge of user stories and user flow drawing.
- Successful completion of IT PM courses and strong theoretical PM knowledge.
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
