What you will do

• Support presenters in delivering engaging, on-brand pre-recorded shows
• Build, edit, and technically execute programmes for broadcast
• Ensure shows transmit fault-free and comply with Ofcom Broadcasting Code
• Coordinate studio bookings, briefings, and programme logistics
• Collaborate with content, music, operations, and contesting teams
• Brief presenters on commercial and editorial activities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of KISS Network, its music, and audience
• Experience with radio playout systems and audio editing
• Collaborative, organised, and communicative approach
• Passion for great content and continuous improvement
• Confidence working with multiple teams and stakeholders
