What you will do

• Maintain master data management in coordination with business processes, master data functions, and IT.
• Ensure operational master data processes focusing on creation, changes, cleansing, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Provide global user support for tools like SAP ERP, CRM, and SRM systems.
• Analyze, investigate, and troubleshoot technical or process-related incidents.
• Support internal trainings and documentation on master data processes.
• Collaborate with IT and departments on support incidents, change requests, project meetings, and data migrations.

Requirements

• Graduate of commercial or technical education in business informatics, business administration, information/automation technology, industrial management, or related field.
• Experience in data management and/or business process/application support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP processes.
• Familiar with data analyses and analytics.
• English: business fluent.
• Good understanding of business processes, data management, and digital tools; strong solution-oriented attitude; willingness to learn and travel up to 5%.

• Professional experience in industrial organizations or as digital expert.
• Experience as system key user.
