What you will do

• Conduct research, market analysis, literature reviews, and evaluate AI vendors and competitive products for leadership reports.
• Test and clinically validate AI features with physicians, evaluate performance, document issues, and gather feedback for engineering.
• Annotate clinical data, perform QA on datasets, and support model development with data requirements and validation.
• Analyze clinical outcomes and AI impact, design studies, and document findings in reports and case studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with pre-med coursework (expected graduation: Fall 2026)
• Strong interest in healthcare, medicine, and health technology
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment within the US

Nice to have

• Research experience in academic, laboratory, or clinical settings
• Healthcare experience through shadowing, volunteering, scribing, or clinical work
• Technical skills in data analysis, statistics, or programming (Python, R, SQL, Excel)
• Familiarity with clinical documentation, medical terminology, EHR systems, AI/ML concepts, or primary care models
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
